  • 9/3-4:  EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
    begins the First Friday of every month
    in the Chapel, after the 8:30AM Mass and concludes with Benediction at 7:45AM Saturday morning.
     

  • 9/6: LABOR DAY - Mass at 10AM;
    Parish Offices Closed
     

  • 9/11: FASHION SHOW - in the Parish Hall
    6PM-Dinner; 7PM-Fashion Show;
    Sponsored by the St. Martin de Porres Society;  Donation: $20/adult and $5/children under 10 yrs. old; Tickets may be purchased from any SMDP member.
     

  • 9/16:  HOLY HOUR FOR VOCATIONS
    Held the 3rd Thursday of every month in the Chapel from 4:30-5:30PM; includes Evening Prayer and Benediction.

 

October 2010

  • 10/1-2:  EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
    begins the First Friday of every month
    in the Chapel, after the 8:30AM Mass and concludes with Benediction at 7:45AM Saturday morning.
     

  • 10/1: HOLY HOUR FOR VOCATIONS
    Beginning this month, this Holy Hour will be held in the Chapel from 4-5PM during First Friday Adoration. Join us as we pray for an increase of vocations to the Priesthood, Diaconate, and Religious Life.
     

  • 10/2: BLESSING OF ANIMALS - 10AM
    Bring your pets to be blessed by the Friars and help us celebrate all of God's creation!
    This Prayer Service will be held in the parking area near the Peace Garden.

  • 10/2: Multi-cultural Mass & International festivities - Mass at 5PM; Festivities follow on the parish grounds; Click here for more details.
     

  • 10/3: LIFE CHAIN SUNDAY - (3-4PM)
    South Main Street in Jonesboro; All are welcome to join us as we stand united to pray for an end to abortion.
     

  • 10/3: The Transitus of St. Francis of Assisi will be celebrated this year at 7:00PM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 1920 Skyview Drive, Lithia Springs, GA  30122; (770-941-2807).  Click here for directions.

    will be celebrated during the 8:30AM Mass
     

  • 10/5-7: TRIDUUM TO ST. FRANCIS
